Josh has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2007. As General Manager he oversees the janitorial and lawn care divisions.  Josh works closely with the office staff as well as operations departments to ensure Advance is meeting the needs of the customers.  He believes acting with integrity, good communication and providing excellent service cultivate strong long-lasting relationships.  In 2017 Josh graduated Suma Cum Laude with his business degree from Northwest State Community College.    Josh enjoys cooking, fishing, snowmobiling and camping.

Dave has worked with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 1983. His knowledge and experience in floor and carpet care, industrial deep cleaning, and construction/disaster cleanup has been invaluable to our team. He is an instrumental part of our specialty crew.  Dave also attends training seminars and oversees the specialty crews.  Dave enjoys fishing, playing drums, investing in the stock market and attending local sporting events.

Anthony has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2019.  His background is in customer service and broadcast communications for over 10 years.  Anthony has earned the following certifications from ISSA: Workloading Specialist,  Accredited Auditing & Certified Supervisor. Anthony works very hard to ensure Advance Cleaning is meeting the expectations of our customers. He enjoys playing musical instruments, taking day trips & motorcycling.

Sandi joined Advance Cleaning Contractors in 2015. She was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and has 20 years of office experience, as well as, janitorial experience. Her primary focus is payroll and human resources duties.  She works with the staff to insure the office is operating efficiently. Sandi has numerous certificates from HBA in Fair Housing Training, Certificates in Ohio Real Estate Law, Principles & Practices as well as, Cooperative Occupation Education.  Sandi loves crafting, motorcycling, and hiking.

Julius has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2016.   He came to Advance after working 32 years for the Toledo Public Schools, in the building services and in the maintenance departments. He has an Ohio High Pressure Boiler Operators License, 1-year apprenticeship for boiler operator. He is also CPR certified.   Julius has over 30 years of experience in complete building cleaning and floor maintenance as well as experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical.  As a Supervisor he is responsible for multiple sites making sure our customers’ expectations are met. Julius also assists the operations manager with overseeing the specialty services crews.  Julius loves attending auctions.

Herm has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2023. He supervises multiple facilities in northwest Ohio.

Education Toledo St Francis high school received football scholarships to Ohio State University and the University of Toledo. Received Bachelor of science degree from the University of Toledo.

Sandra has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2012 . She has over 20 years in the cleaning industry. In her role she manages many clients for our company to ensure our accounts are at the highest standard of cleaning. She has excellent leadership skills and her attention to detail is invaluable when training new employees. Sandy has an associate degree in Mental Health from University of Toledo. She has certificates in CPR, First Aide, and COPE and Assertiveness training. Sandy’s dedication and hard work is an asset to our company.  Sandy’s hobbies are reading, writing, dancing and loves to watch football.

Jennifer has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2004. Started as a part-time employee, grew to full- time site supervisor in Toledo, Ohio.  Jenn is a 1998 graduate of Woodward H.S.  Dedicated wife & mother & a year ago grandmother.  She Enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, shopping, organizing, & spending time with family.

Rick has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2022. He supervises multiple facilities in Archbold, Ohio.  Rick graduated with his associates degree in information technology technical support and a bachelor of science in advance networking from University of Phoenix. One of Rick’s greatest achievements is receiving a proclamation from the city of defiance for his volunteer work work as Santa Claus.

Erin has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2020. She supervises multiple facilities in northwest Ohio.  Erin has 7 years experience in the cleaning industry and has also earned degree’s in  Business Management, Graphic Arts and Design, & Veterinary Technician. During the Halloween season Erin works as a haunt actor at haunted attractions. She has won awards for make up design and costume design.

Jason has been with Advance Cleaning Contractors since 2014. In his role he leads a team for our company to ensure our accounts are at the highest standard of service.  Jason’s dedication and hard work is an asset to our company.

Rick has been with Advance Cleaning Contactors since 2014, he has over 30 years of mechanical and maintenance experience.  Ricks electrical, mechanical, and construction knowledge keeps the equipment, vehicles, and facility running efficiently and effectively. He is a factory trained certified NSS technician (National Sanitation Service).  Rick also enjoys fishing and racing go carts.
