I have been a customer of Advance cleaning for 13 plus years. They have been one of the most responsive of all the cleaning companies I use throughout Ohio. If there is a problem, all it takes is one call, and it gets addressed immediately. There have been many instances where the team has gone over and above cleaning. Just one example, several years ago on Christmas eve the roof failed and started leaking. Josh went out and bought several trash container to catch the water until we could get a roofer in to patch and then replace the roof. I get calls all the time for competitive bidding at all my locations, but service cannot be competitively bid, so I politely decline.

We have been in contract with Advance Cleaning for a number of years now. One of their strong procedures is to consider your company as their company, and the positive display it gives off to customers or people. They try hard to achieve and deliver what there clients require. I have to say,that the only thing that continues to be a challenge in the cleaning business, is to find good quality people with an eagerness to preform a good job. Advance does go above and beyond to find employee’s like that, so the clients don’t have to worry about it. I have confidence in dealing with the management of the company. They want their customers to be happy!

I have been directly involved with Advanced Cleaning and their janitorial services since 2008. Most janitorial companies propose great, low-cost cleaning services, and then immediately look for ways to cut corners in order to remain profitable….and it shows in the declining service quality. We routinely have customers and vendors in our facility. I don’t worry about the condition of the restrooms, common areas, or our office and conference rooms. They are simply going to be cleaned and maintained, as agreed to. Josh routinely walks through our building to inspect the work of his staff. He knows our building better than we do! Any problems are immediately addressed.

Josh has become a consultant on what works best on carpet replacement, wall treatments, etc. because he looks at it from a maintenance perspective on what will look good over the long-term. Janitorial staff turnover has been minimal, which is surprising in this industry. I think Josh strives to treat his employees fairly, and it shows in their attitude. Norma and Kathy lead our building team, and they’re great! Other janitorial companies routinely want to quote our business and “promise to do it cheaper”. We stopped entertaining their quotes. Advance Cleaning fees are reasonable and we’re satisfied. We simply have what we need and don’t worry about it anymore. It’s great peace of mind.
